The Holiday Open House will feature the new Laurel Cotton Mill ornament plus the ever-popular Laurelís Christmas Tree and many Laurel collectibles. This yearís Open House will also feature jewelry by local crafters, Kirsten Anderson and Elsie Klumpner and Maryland-made kitchen textiles. For children the Museum shop features hand-made toys by local wood artist Mike Leser and a wide array of historical toys and childrenís books. The Laurel Garden Club will be offering hand-decorated wreaths. Wreaths can be ordered in advance, for a discounted price of $30; or purchased during the Open House for $35.
