Previously, I have written for California Watch/The Center for Investigative Reporting, The Orange Register, The Sacramento Bee and most recently for The Chronicle of Higher Education in Washington D.C. A California native, I received my BA in Government-Journalism in Spring 2012 from California State University, Sacramento. I now live in College Park.
