After a six-year career in the chiropractic and alternative therapies field, with a focus on sports injuries, I found myself back to my first love of writing. I’m entering my fourth year as a sports writer with Southern Maryland Newspapers. I’m fortunate to work alongside the most talented and creative people. When not covering a sporting event, you can find me playing softball with my church team, walking my boxer, Bella, or photographing Solomons Island. I’m also delighted to be working on a book with my father, Frank.
