Heather Sells, the new president and CEO of the Catherine Foundation, was the guest speaker Feb. 1 at the Christian Business Professional Network meeting.

Sells has taken the reins of the Waldorf-based nonprofit that provides pregnancy care.

She has a masterís in ministerial leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University. She has eight years of experience in management, her last two years being spent with Global Outreach Network in Croatia.

The Catherine Foundationís mission is to affirm the value of all life through compassionate care, resources, education and positive alternatives.

CBPN is a professional business networking group that meets 8 to 9 a.m. each Wednesday at Quality Printers in White Plains.

From noon to 1:30 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month, CBPN has a luncheon at Quality Printers. At each luncheon, a guest speaker presents a topic that helps educate the community and its members on business specifics or community-related affairs. The luncheons are open to the public.
