Andy Bonheyo stepped down as Maryland School for the Deaf's football coach. He will remain the school's athletic director and wrote in an email, "we should have new coach soon."

Bonheyo has coached for 26 years, including 11 years with MSD. While at MSD, he went 109-9 and won 10 national championships.

"I have been struggling with this decision for the past few years and I finally had the guts to do it," wrote Bonheyo, who hasn't ruled out returning to coaching.
