A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:
Antonio Lamont Gathers, 31, of Washington, D.C., was charged with failure to appear by a felony defendant for events that occurred April 6.
Emory Edward Gibson, 43, of Hyattsville was charged with three counts of armed robbery, nine counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, three counts of robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, providing a false statement to an officer, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred March 24.
Leah Ashley Brooks, 23, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, conspiracy to distribute drugs and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred April 7.
Stephen Eugene Calhoun, 45, of Indian Head was charged with first-degree assault and second-degree assault for events that occurred April 8.
Robert Wayne Davis, 22, of Welcome was charged with first-degree burglary and theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred March 16.
Oscar Humberto Garcia, 25, of Pomfret was charged with possession of a stolen regulated firearm, carrying a handgun and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred March 30.
Cornelius Terrill Green, 29, of Mechanicsville was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of narcotics production equipment, driving while his license was suspended and failure to stop at a stop sign for events that occurred April 10.
Rufus Jones, 19, of Upper Marlboro was charged with identity theft of more than $500, forgery of private documents and issuance of private documents for events that occurred Oct. 20.
Nakita Raquel Naylor, 17, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, robbery, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, first-degree burglary, theft of less than $1,000, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred April 9.
Anthony Wesley Petty, 27, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, conspiracy to distribute drugs and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred April 7.
Breanna Michelle Randall, 22, of La Plata was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred April 10.
Terry Gene Richards, 40, of Lanham was charged with two counts of robbery, two counts of second-degree assault and theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred March 14. In a separate case, Richards was charged with three counts of armed robbery, nine counts of use of a firearm in commission of violent crime, three counts of robbery, three counts of first-degree assault, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction, carrying a handgun, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred March 24.
Veronica Marie Sheff, 27, of La Plata was charged with second-degree physical child abuse and second-degree assault for events that occurred March 9.
Ronald Lee Toyer, 56, of Marbury was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, possession of narcotics production equipment, attempting to elude police while driving, attempting to elude police and driving while hiss license was suspended for events that occurred April 15.
Rico Darryl Vines, 19, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred April 1.
