Our area was deeply saddened to learn of the loss of a truly fine woman, Mary Agnes Medley Langley, 95, of Dameron. She was the daughter of the late Mary Forrest Medley and Moses Medley and attended St. Peter Claver Catholic School in St. Inigoes. On her 90th birthday, Mrs. Langley went for a cruise on the Spirit of Washington. She was truly an amazing lady. Mrs. Langley’s family and friends were very important to her, and they gave her a lot of joy.

Mrs. Langley was preceded in death by her parents and her sons, John E. Langley and Leonard T. Langley; and a daughter, Joan L. Ball.

My deepest sympathy is extended to her children, James R. Langley Sr. and Mary E. Carroll-Richardson; 21 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 24 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Langley will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. Cards may be sent to Mary E. Carroll-Richardson and family at 7213 Kempton Road, Lanham, MD 20706.
