Jerald James “Jerry” Humenik, 56, of Hollywood died May 8, 2012, in Hollywood.

Born April 22, 1956, in Pennsylvania, he was the son of the late William Anthony and Margaret Louise Hayden Humenik.

The family will receive friends Sunday, May 13, from 3 to 5 p.m., with prayers to be recited at 4 p.m. in Holy Face Catholic Church in Great Mills, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, May 14, at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Charles Memorial Gardens in Leonardtown.

Arrangements are being handled by Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home in Leonardtown.
