A Waldorf man turned himself in at the St. Mary’s County jail May 3, nearly seven years after a warrant charging him with driving while his license was suspended was issued, the Maryland State Police reported.

Trooper S.M. Ditoto served James Parks, 54, his warrant at 8:05 a.m. The warrant was issued Sept. 6, 2005, by the St. Mary’s County District Court.
