The 12-U Metro Gladiators went 4-0-1, defeating the Charles County Warriors 5-4 for the championship, in the fifth annual Charles County Classic.
Blake Johnson pitched 6 1/3 innings and only gave up two earned runs.
Zack Hill and Kendric Musser each had one RBI, Justin Oakley hit a two-run home run and Chrystian Mervilus got the game-winning hit in the bottom of the sixth inning, scoring Kendric Musser.
