Representatives from the Montgomery County Department of Transportation, the Maryland State Highway Administration and the Maryland Transit Administration will host an informational open house about the need for improved rapid transit bus service along the Veirs Mill Road corrider between the Wheaton and Rockville Metro stations.

The meeting runs from 4:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 23 at the Holiday Park Multi-service Senior Center, 3950 Ferrara Drive, Wheaton. For information, call 240-314-8344.
