Five-month old Hailey Hutmaker, of Mechanicsville gets a ride Sunday from her grandfather, Jay Farrell, of Mechanicsville during the final moments of last weekend’s seventh annual Southern Maryland Invitational Livestock Show at the St. Mary’s County Fairgrounds. The three-day livestock competition for young people included classes for sheep, beef cattle, dairy cows, pigs, goats, rabbits and guinea pigs.
