A 17-year-old girl was walking on a footpath near Heathcote Road in Waldorf at 12:05 p.m. Wednesday when a man walked by her and exposed his genitals, police reported.

The girl continued walking and, as she turned to see where the man was, he turned around and began walking toward her while exposing himself. The girl fled and told her parents what had happened.

The man is described as a black man in his mid-to-late 30s, 6 feet tall and with a medium build. At the time, he was wearing a black “Bulls” jersey, a black “Bulls” hat, blue denim shorts and black sunglasses.
