Scott Barber is the new general manager at Harley-Davidson of Washington, D.C., in Fort Washington.
Barber has spent several years as service manager at both Clinton Cycles and All American Harley-Davidson in Hughesville.
Barber has been riding motorcycles since he was 5, and he also participated in competitive racing for many years, according to a news release from the dealership.
He brings more than 30 years of experience in the motorcycle industry to Harley-Davidson of the District, with more than 10 years in management experience.
He has a business administration degree.
The dealership also has made some cosmetic changes. New lighting and flooring have been installed.
