Hunt Ford will hold a charity car show June 30 to benefit two local charities.

The La Plata dealership’s 42nd anniversary celebration car show will raise funds from registration fees and the sale of food donated by Chick-fil-A of La Plata.

The money will go to Safe Nights, a program operated by the nonprofit LifeStyles of Maryland. Safe Nights provides temporary shelter for homeless residents of Charles County during the winter months.

This will be the third year the dealership has held the car show in support of the charity. Also, nonperishable food items collected at the event will be donated to the Southern Maryland Food Bank.

The car show will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The dealership is at 6825 Crain Highway.
