A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:
Alan Daniel Bradley, 41, of White Plains was charged with five counts of possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction and 19 counts of possession of a rifle or shotgun by a person with a felony conviction for events that occurred June 13.
Dale Anthony Coates, 29, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred June 15.
Ray Edward Critchley, 22, of Indian Head was charged with armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, two counts of second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, attempted theft of less than $1,000, first-degree assault, two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred June 21.
Lamont Jerdave Dixon, 39, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for events that occurred June 22.
Bryan Philip Doswell Jr., 22, of Waldorf was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred June 19.
Ralph Levi Hawkins, 23, of Indian Head was charged with second-degree rape, attempted second-degree sex offense and second-degree assault for events that occurred Aug. 2, 2011.
Joseph Louis Herbert Jr., 55, of currently residing at a state prison in Jessup was charged with first-degree rape, armed robbery, theft of more than $300 and kidnapping for events that occurred Aug. 23, 1985.
Jordan Alexander Kelley, 23, of Waldorf was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred June 19.
Eric Denzel Kelly, 21, of Indian Head was charged with drug distribution, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred June 20.
Brian Christopher King, 41, of La Plata was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, resisting arrest, four counts of second-degree assault and concealing a dangerous weapon for events that occurred June 8.
Justin Alexander Larkin, 26, of La Plata was charged with two counts of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death and negligent vehicular manslaughter for events that occurred between March 24, 2011 and March 25, 2011.
Howard Johnson Lee, 57, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree child abuse and two counts of second-degree assault for events that occurred June 17.
Sharon Lee Millis, 65, of Waldorf was charged with manufacturing drugs, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred June 4.
Brittany Dawn Mindick, 21, of La Plata was charged with armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, two counts of second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, attempted theft of less than $1,000, first-degree assault, two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred June 21.
Shamekica Ann Proctor, 32, of Temple Hills was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession and two counts of conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred May 25.
Wade Thomas Robinson, 18, of Waldorf was charged with robbery, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1000 and conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred June 24.
Shannell Harrison Stewart, 32, of Marbury was charged with two counts of drug possession with intent to distribute, two counts of drug possession, two counts of conspiracy to distribute drugs, assuming the identity of another to avoid prosecution and making a false statement to an officer for events that occurred May 25.
Micos Jeffery Terry, 25, of Waldorf was charged with drug distribution, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred June 20.
Tuesday Michelle Wells, 20, of Indian Head was charged with armed robbery, attempted armed robbery, two counts of second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, attempted theft of less than $1,000, first-degree assault, two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred June 21.
Terrance Wills, 18, of Indian Head was charged with robbery, second-degree assault and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred June 19.
