A first-degree murder suspect is at-large and Prince George's county police are offering a substantial reward for anyone with information on the suspected killer.
Rudy Ismael Manchame-Guerra, of no fixed address, is said to be responsible for the fatal shooting inside a Langley Park apartment July 14. He is now armed and dangerous, according to county police, who are notifying residents to avoid Manchame-Guerra.
Around 6:30 p.m. July 14, police responded to the 1400 block of Kanawha Street for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival they discovered Saul Felipe-Augustine, 23, of no fixed address, in an apartment hallway dead from gunshot wounds.
A $25,000 reward is being offered through the Prince George's County Crime Solvers for a tip that leads to Manchame-Guerra's arrest and indictment. Residents with information on Manchame-Guerra are asked to call 1-866-411-TIPS to remain anonymous.
