Charles County sheriff’s detectives are seeking the identity of a man wanted in connection with a bank robbery Saturday in Waldorf.
At approximately 12:40 p.m. July 21, a man entered the Capitol One Bank at 3068 Waldorf Marketplace in Waldorf and approached a teller, implied he had a weapon and demanded money.
The teller complied and the man fled.
Photos from a bank surveillance camera show the man to be between 5 feet 5 inches and 5 feet 8 inches tall. He has a medium build. At the time of the robbery, the man was wearing a white shirt with green stripes, a white baseball cap and clear safety glasses.
