A test engineer with a defense contractor has been arrested on two charges of indecent exposure filed with court papers alleging he sexually stimulated himself in the presence of two people last Thursday at a restaurant in Lexington Park.
Thomas Albert Kubista, 45, of Severna Park was released from St. Mary’s jail on personal recognizance Friday after he was charged that day with the misdemeanor offenses.
St. Mary’s detectives described the complaining witnesses as two females who were eating at the restaurant, which was not identified by the investigators or in court documents. The two customers immediately told the restaurant’s manager what had happened, detectives report, and the manager called police and gave them information about a vehicle driven by the culprit.
Kubista told a court commissioner on Friday that he lives with his wife and four children, court papers state, and that he has an annual salary of $130,000 in the test engineer job he began three months ago at the California location of ARINC, described on its website as a communications, engineering and integration business headquartered in Annapolis.
