Bobbie Marie Brewer, 73, of Lusby died Aug. 3, 2012, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Leonardtown.

She was born Oct. 1, 1938, in Humboldt, Tenn., to the late Olga Pearl Walker Williams Kroll and Andrew J. Kroll.

She spent her career as the supervisor of the mail room for the Office of Central Services in Prince George’s County.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Rodney McClain Brewer.

She is survived by her children, Andrew Norman Brewer of Upper Marlboro, Michael McClain Brewer and his wife, A. Pauleen Brewer, of Hughesville, Kelly Marie Thompson and her husband, David Anthony Thompson Sr., of Charlotte Hall and Tracy Leigh Miller and her husband, James Kevin Miller, of Lusby; and grandchildren, Stephanie Lynn Brewer, James Kory Miller, Whitney Noel Brewer, Victoria Marie Miller, David Anthony Thompson Jr. and Aden McClain Miller.

Family received friends Aug. 7 for a celebration of her life at Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home in Charlotte Hall, with the Rev. Keith Corrick officiating.

Interment followed at Trinity Memorial Gardens in Waldorf.
