Angela Clare Palmer, 70, of Leonardtown died surrounded by her family Aug. 7, 2012, in Millersville.

Born Dec. 6, 1941, she was the daughter of the late Columbus W. and Mary Alice Drury Palmer.

She is survived by her sisters, Deborah Lee St. Clair of Piney Point and Mary Windsor of Sunol, Calif.

The family will receive friends Monday, Aug. 13, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Mattingley-Gardiner Funeral Home in Leonardtown, with prayers offered at 7 p.m. A funeral service will be held there Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m. with the Rev. John Mattingly officiating. Interment will follow at St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery in Leonardtown.
