Fresenius Medical Care North America named its Fresenius Medical Care Waldorf facility a Center of Excellence for achieving the highest standards in patient care in 2011.

The award recognizes facilities that perform the best, based on multiple objective measures of dialysis clinical quality.

All Fresenius dialysis clinics share the company’s mission of delivering excellent, patient-centered care through innovative programs, the latest technology, continuous quality improvement and a focus on superior customer service, according to a Fresenius news release.

“At Fresenius Medical Care, our clinical teams are focused on providing patients with the highest quality of care during each and every treatment,” Carolyn Latham, vice president of clinical quality at Fresenius Medical Care, said in the release. “Our Center of Excellence award distinguishes the facilities that achieve the best clinical results through the dedication and hard work of the staff.”
