A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:

Michelle Dawn Bettencourt, 40, of Mechanicsville was charged with drug distribution, two counts of identity theft, obtaining drugs by fraud, counterfeiting a prescription, issuing a counterfeit prescription, theft of less than $1,000 and drug possession with intent to distribute for events that occurred June 27.

Timothy Lee Elder, 23, of Mechanicsville was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, two counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred May 30 and June 8.

Ron Andris Wheeler, 24, of Waldorf was charged with possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred May 31.

Pamela Danette Williams, 49, of unknown address was charged with identity fraud, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, forgery and counterfeit of private documents and issuance of a private document for events that occurred Sept. 16, 2010.

Domnick Marquise Bogan, 21, of Washington, D.C., was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred July 5.

Darvin Craig Brooks Jr., 23, of Waldorf was charged with attempted first-degree sex offense, second-degree sex offense, second-degree assault, kidnapping, armed robbery, robbery and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Aug. 1.

Giovanni Anthony Carmichael, 24, of Baltimore was charged with first-degree assault, four counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, armed robbery, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit first-degree assault for events that occurred July 23.

Ronald Irvin Carroll, 41, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred July 30.

Wayne Andrew Dorsey, 18, of La Plata was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, possession of narcotics production equipment and conspiracy to distribute drugs for events that occurred July 12.

Kimberly Michelle Dove, 26, of Mechanicsville was charged with two counts of first-degree burglary, two counts of conspiracy to commit first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred May 30 and June 8.

Edward Thomas Everstine, 21, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree burglary and theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred July 18.

Darus Javon Gaddis-Collins, 18, of Bryans Road was charged with robbery, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000 and conspiracy to commit robbery for events that occurred June 24.
