Strengths: Lange mentioned two things will be strong for the Seahawks during this 2012 season, leadership and new talent.

Weaknesses: However, the new talent is a double-edged sword as some of that new talent includes first-year players. These first-year players are new to collegiate-level field hockey so the inexperience surrounding their talent is a concern for Lange.

Coach’s comments: “My goal for the players is always for them to have a significant positive experience. With that, hopefully we will win games and contend for the conference championship.”
