James Kennedy Biscoe, 49, Lexington Park
James Kennedy Biscoe, 49, of Lexington Park died Sept. 29, 2012.
Born Oct. 10, 1962, he was the son of the late Edward Joseph Biscoe and the late Mary Florence Barber Biscoe.
He was known as “Peaball,” “J Jackson” and “Uncle Grandpop.” He was educated in St. Mary’s County public schools.
He worked several jobs in food service at Patuxent River Naval Air Station and St. Mary’s Hospital, and F.O. Days Asphalt Construction Co. He was a caring person and was known for looking out for everyone. He loved being around his daughter, grandchildren and family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Joseph Biscoe Jr.
He is survived by his daughter, Jamie Shammara Biscoe; sister, Sandra Barnes of Lexington Park; brothers, Carnell Biscoe of Lexington Park and Leroy Biscoe of Waldorf; grandchildren, Dwaynazie Thomas, Jaliyah Thomas, Jalynn Thomas and Javonta King Jr.; nieces, Ursula Ball and Barbara Biscoe of Lexington Park, Tomika Ball of Mechanicsville and Donna Barnes of Glen Burnie; nephews, John Biscoe Jr. of Glen Burnie and Byrant Biscoe of Calvert County and Javon Jones of Lexington Park; best friends, Lawrence Anderson and James Courtney; and many other relatives.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Oct. 5 at Briscoe-Tonic Funeral Home, Mechanicsville. Burial will take place at Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown.
