Cigarette burn alleged
Kimberly W. Marjoram, 31, of Mechanicsville was released on personal recognizance after her arrest on allegations she burned her estranged husband’s neck with a lit cigarette Friday as he was leaving her home with their children. The suspect was charged with committing a second-degree assault on Brendon Marjoram.
