Christopher M. Grant, 38, of Leonardtown was released on personal recognizance after his arrest last week on a charge of illegally inhaling a chemical in a compressed air product in a wooded area off Suburban Drive in Lexington Park. Police found Grant lying on his back on Oct. 3 with two cans of the Ultra Duster product next to him, according to a statement of probable cause filed by sheriff’s deputy William Watters.
