Jacquelyn Delay, 30, of Great Mills was released from custody Wednesday on personal recognizance after her arraignment on an indictment alleging she took part in a conspiracy to deliver contraband last March to the county detention center in Leonardtown. St. Mary's narcotics detectives report that the investigation concerned the smuggling of prescription medication into the jail.
