Two men died Saturday afternoon when a motorcycle struck a pedestrian in Marlow Heights.
Harry Lee, 64, of Clinton, was walking on Branch Avenue at St. Barnabas Road around 3:45 p.m. when he was struck by Joenathan Evans, 40, of Lorton, Va., who was driving a motorcycle, said Cpl. Maria McKinney, spokeswoman for Prince George’s County police.
Police said Lee did not appear to have been in a crosswalk during the collision.
Lee was pronounced dead on the scene, McKinney said, and Evans died some time later, after being transported to a local hospital.
Police believe that Lee was homeless, McKinney said.
