Angelo A. Nicolosi, 83, Satellite Beach, Fla.

Angelo A. “Nick” Nicolosi, 83, of Satellite Beach, Fla., died Oct. 18, 2012, in Satellite Beach.

He was born March 2, 1929, in Lawrence, Mass., and lived in Waldorf and Satellite Beach after his U.S. Army career.

Sgt. Maj. Nicolosi served 30 years in the U.S. Army, traveling worldwide. His first 10 years were in armor in the 3rd Cavalry “Brave Rifles.” The next 20 years of service was in Army intelligence. He obtained the rank of sergeant major in 18 1/2 years. He completed three tours in Vietnam during his service.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Karoline Nicolosi.

He is survived by his current wife, Margaret Luehe-Nicolosi; his children and their families, A.J. Nicolosi, Joseph Nicolosi, Carmin Robinson, Carol Bennett, Stacey Nicolosi-Phelps and Toni Kirk; grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

A service will be held at 11 a.m. Nov. 20 at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, followed by a celebration of his life.
