A Hollywood man was arrested Sunday for firing a gun during an argument.

Deputies responded Nov. 11 to a residence on Rustic Way in Hollywood for a report of an assault. Robert Steven Lacey, 33, of Hollywood had been consuming alcoholic beverages and became upset over a domestic dispute, according to a police report. Lacey allegedly fired three rounds from a Bersa .380-caliber handgun into the ground outside of the residence. Four individuals were in the yard near where Lacey fired the shots, according to the report. Lacey was arrested and charged with four counts of reckless endangerment.
