Lorenzo C. Thompson, a 22-year-old Waldorf man in custody at the St. Mary's jail, was ordered Saturday to post 10 percent of $3,000 bond before pretrial release on a charge of committing an indecent exposure offense on Nov. 15 at the facility in Leonardtown.
Thompson “backed up to [a] dayroom slider door and pulled down the back of his pants,” charging papers allege, which “exposed his buttocks to [three] correctional officers ... who were standing on the other side of the door.”
“I ain't gonna lie, I did it,” Thompson said during an ensuing investigation of the matter, according to a statement of probable cause filed by St. Mary's sheriff's deputy Jean Vezzosi.
Online court records state that Thompson was jailed last month in lieu of 10 percent of $7,500 bond to await trial in December on charges of property destruction, disorderly conduct, failing to comply with a lawful police order and resisting arrest.
