Olney’s Our Lady of Good Counsel High School recently received a $2,500 award from State Farm to fund the school's teen driver safety program.

Adam Trice, Good Counsel’s director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, said the money will be used by the Student Government to plan and implement a teen driver safety program for the current school year.

Activities will include working with students to raise awareness on driver safety. Posters, banners, bumper stickers and information for parents will be purchased and distributed.
