The following is a summary of incidents in the Rockville area to which Montgomery County and/or Rockville city police responded recently. The words “arrested” and “charged” do not imply guilt. This information was provided by the county and Rockville city police media services office.

1st District

Commercial Burglary

ź On Nov. 3 at 1:07 a.m. at Mercado Solutions, 5465 Randolph Road, North Potomac. Attempted forced entry, took nothing.

Residential Burglary

ź 9200 block of Orchard Brook Drive, Rockville, between 8:15 a.m. and 5 p.m. Nov. 2. Unknown means of entry, took property.

Sexual Assault

ź On Nov. 3 at 5:18 p.m. in the 5900 block of Montrose Road, Rockville. The suspect is known to the victim.

Strong-Arm Robbery

ź On Nov. 7 at 2:45 p.m. at Ferrara Drive and Indigo Road, Wheaton. The suspects assaulted the victim and removed property.

Vehicle Larceny

ź Maryland Avenue and East Jefferson Street, Rockville, between 9:15 and 9:19 a.m. Nov. 1. No forced entry, took property.

ź Unit block of Piney Meetinghouse Court, Rockville, overnight between Nov. 7 and 8. Forced entry, took cash.

Rockville City Police

Burglary

ź 100 block of Wade Avenue between 9 a.m. Nov. 8 and 5 p.m. Nov. 9. Unknown subject(s) gained access by opening an unlocked door leading to a garage. Once inside the unknown subject(s) removed a pressure washer, a drill, a chainsaw and a saw.

Larceny

ź 1100 block of Pipestem Place between noon Oct. 22 and noon Oct. 29. Unknown subject removed several pieces of jewelry and a jewelry box.

ź 400 block of Hungerford Drive between 1:40 and 2:15 p.m. Nov. 7. The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed her wallet that contained cash, a driver’s license and a credit card from her purse in her unsecured office.

ź 1700 block of Rockville Pike between 5 and 10:30 p.m. Nov. 8. The complainant reported that an unknown subject removed her unattended wallet containing cash, two credit cards and an identification card from a table in a conference room.

Vehicle Larceny

ź 100 block of Winding Rose Way between 2:30 p.m. Nov. 3 and 9 p.m. Nov. 5. Unknown subject removed a necklace, a pair of designer shoes, a designer purse and an ornament.

ź 13100 block of Ardennes Avenue between 9 p.m. Nov. 7 and 11 a.m. Nov. 8. Unknown subject removed a crossbow, three arrows and a scope, a crossbow case, a range finder, two knives, a pair of binoculars, a backpack and one hunting bib from an unlocked vehicle.
