The following is a summary of incidents in the Gaithersburg area to which Montgomery County police and/or Gaithersburg City police responded recently. The words “arrested” and “charged” do not imply guilt. This information was provided by the county and/or the City of Gaithersburg police media services office.

Aggravated Assault

ź On Nov. 1 at 1:50 a.m. in the 18800 block of Walkers Choice Road, Montgomery Village. A suspect fired rounds through a window and then fled.

Armed Robbery

ź On Nov. 4 at midnight outside of Capital One Bank, 20000 Goshen Road, Gaithersburg. The victim was in his car at the drive-thru when two suspects approached and pointed a weapon at him and obtained property.

Commercial Robbery

ź On Nov. 5 at 6:30 p.m. at the Liberty gas station, 19205 Watkins Mill Road, Gaithersburg. The suspect threatened the victim with a weapon and obtained property.

Residential Burglary

ź 900 block of Pheasant Run Drive, Gaithersburg, at 3:58 p.m. Nov. 1. Unknown suspect(s) tampered with the front door, leaving behind an unknown substance on it.

ź 18900 block of Quail Valley Boulevard, Gaithersburg, at 7 p.m. Nov. 6. Forced entry, unknown what was taken.
