Hyattsville City Councilman Tim Hunt (Ward 3) is asking residents to support him and some of the city’s policemen who have grown out a mustache for the month of November to raise awareness for men’s health issues.

Hunt is asking for donation to be made to “Movember,” a nonprofit group that supports projects that seek to fight prostate and testicular cancer.

Residents can donate online at http://us.movember.com/mospace/4672233 or by mail with a check made payable to 'Movember', referencing Hunt’s Registration ID: 4672233, to Movember, PO Box 2726, Venice CA 90294.

“I am asking you to help support my personal journey by making a donation,” Hunt said in a written statement. “The size of the donation isn’t important, every little bit helps.”
