Strengths: The Seahawks have strong relay teams and have gotten off to a strong start this season with the girls 200 free relay of Zoe McIlmail, Hattie Schiavone, Kelsey Abernathy and Hannah Edler. The mens team started the season with four straight victories and is now looking for its fifth.
