Friends of Carroll Creek Urban Park will be rolling out its new organizational plan.

The group will meet to discuss the plan at 6 p.m. on Dec. 3, in the Community Room at the C. Burr Artz Library, 110 E. Patrick St., in downtown Frederick.

The meeting’s guest speakers include Roelkey Myers of the Frederick Parks and Recreation Department; outgoing city Police Chief Kim Dine; Mike Spurrier, director of the Frederick Community Action Agency; and Pete Kremers with Color on the Creek.
