A Charles County grand jury issued the following indictments:

Darryn Paul Alley, 19, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Aug. 26.

Marquita Litres Carroll, 19, of Nanjemoy was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, three counts of use a firearm in commission of a violent crime, possession of a rifle or shotgun by a person with a felony conviction, reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Oct. 5.

Melvin Joel Cortez, 30, of Jersey City, N.J., was charged with transporting unstamped cigarettes, possession of more than 30 cartons of unstamped cigarettes and theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Sept. 28.

Kimberly Michelle Dove, 27, of Mechanicsville was charged with first-degree burglary, attempted first-degree burglary, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500, drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and four counts of fourth-degree burglary for events that occurred Oct. 12.

Robert Paxton Eakins, 17, of Waldorf was charged with armed robbery, robbery, second-degree assault, theft of less than $1,000, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Aug. 26.

James Bradford Harrison Jr., 44, of Charlotte Hall was charged with four counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, three counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and attempted theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred between Aug. 31 and Sept. 4, Sept. 30 and Oct. 5.

Demon Carlos Lopez, 19, of Waldorf was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon on school property, carrying a handgun, possession of a regulated firearm by a person under 21 and possession of a stolen regulated firearm for events that occurred Aug. 31.

Harold Tracy McClendon, 21, of Waldorf was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, motor vehicle theft, conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft for events that occurred between Aug. 6 and 10. In a separate case, McClendon was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Sept. 20.

Steven Lee McDonald, 21, of Indian Head was charged with first-degree burglary, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and two counts of drug possession for events that occurred Sept. 24.

John Michael Pinkney, 32, of Fort Washington was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, motor vehicle theft, conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft for events that occurred between Aug. 6 and 10.

Raymond Daniel Posey III, 20, of Nanjemoy was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Oct. 5. In a separate case, Posey was charged with theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 and motor vehicle theft for events that occurred Oct. 12.

Craig Brian Simms, 42, of Nanjemoy was charged with armed robbery, robbery, first-degree assault, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, three counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, possession of a rifle or shotgun by a person with a felony conviction, reckless endangerment, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Oct. 5.

Rondey Pontell Sisco, 46, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree rape, two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, first-degree assault, two counts of second-degree rape, two counts of transporting a handgun on public roads, third-degree sex offense and second-degree assault for events that occurred Sept. 10 and 16 and Oct. 2.

Dewaine Paris Thompson, 27, of Waldorf was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, motor vehicle theft, conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit motor vehicle theft for events that occurred between Aug. 6 and 10. In a separate case, Thompson was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession, use of a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking crime and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred Sept. 20. In a separate case, Thompson was charged with theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred Sept. 20.

Alexander Yasin Parker, 23, of Baltimore was charged with two counts of forgery and counterfeit of private documents, two counts of issuance of a false document, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, attempted theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and identity fraud of more than $500 for events that occurred May 31.

Tanya Michelle Adams, 36, of Waldorf was charged with second-degree child abuse and second-degree assault for events that occurred Sept. 21.

Michael Anthony Akowskey Jr., 27, of King George, Va., was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred between April 9, 2011 and March 23.

Robert Drew Akowskey, 22, of Waldorf was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred between April 9, 2011, and March 23.

Jacob Mathew Barker, 21, of Indian Head was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, second-degree assault and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Oct. 18.

Tracy Ray Demarr, 48, of White Plains was charged with first-degree arson and second-degree assault for events that occurred Oct. 13.

Eugene Anthony Durham, 26, of Brandywine was charged with first-degree rape, first-degree assault, second-degree rape, second-degree assault, armed robbery, robbery and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Sept. 30.

Terri Lynn Gregory, 50, of Cobb Island was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 and fraudulently obtaining unemployment insurance benefits for events that occurred between Jan. 30, 2010, and Dec. 31, 2011.

Daniel Hawkins, 25, of Washington, D.C., was charged with identity fraud, three counts of forgery and counterfeit of private documents, three counts of issuance of a private document, theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred May 3 and 4.

Michael Brian Howells, 23, of Indian Head was charged with robbery, conspiracy to commit robbery, second-degree assault and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Oct. 18.

Laura Clarencia Payne Perkins, 42, of Waldorf was charged with theft scheme of between $1,000 and $10,000, providing tax preparation services without registration and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred between Jan. 1 and March 31.

Roy Carol Perkins Jr., 42, of Waldorf was charged with theft scheme of between $1,000 and $10,000, providing tax preparation services without registration and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred between Jan. 1 and March 31.

Nikkia Monet Sellers, 32, of Washington, D.C., was charged with identity fraud of more than $500, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000, forgery and counterfeit of private documents and issuance of a private document for events that occurred July 4.

Jason Andrew Slaughter, 27, of Upper Marlboro was charged with identity fraud, three counts of forgery and counterfeit of private documents, three counts of issuance of a private document, theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred May 3 and 4.

William Edward Smith Jr., 73, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault, use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime and carrying a handgun for events that occurred Oct. 21.

Linwood Earl Becton III, 22, of Suitland was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000, conspiracy to commit theft scheme of $10,000 and $100,000 and two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 30.

Andre Cornelius Scott, 31, of Fort Washington was charged with theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred Aug. 21.

Avery Michael Smoot, 25, of White Plains was charged with second-degree escape for events that occurred Oct. 15.

Douglas Dewayne Woods, 23, of Fort Washington was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000, conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 and two counts of malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Aug. 30.

Richard William Baker, 43, of Waldorf was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and drug possession for events that occurred Oct. 27.

Angelina Grace Ciampo, 31, of Hughesville was charged with five counts of drug possession with intent to distribute and five counts of drug possession for events that occurred Aug. 23.

Robert Lee David, 30, of Rembert, S.C., was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and driving while impaired for events that occurred Oct. 30.

Anthony Aaron Dellacqua, 24, of Mechanicsville was charged with two counts of first-degree assault, second-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, three counts of second-degree assault, resisting arrest, obstructing a police officer, two counts of attempting to elude police and failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving an unattended vehicle for events that occurred Oct. 18.

Leonard Pierre Giles, 32, of White Plains was charged with drug distribution, drug possession with intent to distribute, marijuana possession and possession of narcotics production equipment for events that occurred Nov. 1.

Elmer Lee Haggard, 42, of Welcome was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, attempted theft of less than $1,000, attempted malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred between April 18 and May 23 and May 30.

Jenel Jaye Harris, 41, of Newburg was charged with theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000, malicious destruction of property valued at more than $500, attempted theft of less than $1,000, attempted malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 and conspiracy to commit theft scheme of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred between April 18 and May 23 and May 30.

Dominique Akeem Hayes, 23, of Brandywine was charged with attempted first-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault, failure to stop at the scene of an accident involving bodily injury and failure to immediately return and remain at the scene of an accident that results in bodily injury for events that occurred Nov. 4.

Kendall Jerel Jefferson, 20, of Waldorf was charged with use or disclosure of credit card numbers, theft of between $1,000 and $10,000 and identity fraud for events that occurred July 20.

Mark Edward Lineback, 51, of Indian Head was charged with first-degree assault, use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, possession of a firearm by a person with a felony conviction, carrying a handgun, theft of less than $1,000 and possession of a rifle or shotgun by a person with a felony conviction for events that occurred Nov. 1, 2011, and Aug. 2.

Dylan Matthew Parker, 22, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault of a corrections employee, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment for events that occurred Oct. 19.

Charles Antonio Perkins, 22, of White Plains was charged with armed robbery, robbery, two counts of use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime, first-degree assault, carrying a handgun and theft of less than $1,000 for events that occurred Sept. 5.

Patrick Scott Slaughter, 21, of Hughesville was charged with drug possession with intent to distribute, drug possession, use of a firearm in connection with a drug trafficking crime, carrying a handgun and manually removing a serial number for events that occurred Sept. 8.

Vestal Bullock Thomas Jr., 35, of Clinton was charged with theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 and conspiracy to commit theft of between $10,000 and $100,000 for events that occurred Aug. 21.

Rodney Sheldon Walker Jr., 27, of Waldorf was charged with theft scheme of between $1,000 and $10,000 for events that occurred between May 30 and Sept. 7.

Joel Anthony Williams, 22, of Waldorf was charged with attempted first-degree burglary and malicious destruction of property valued at less than $500 for events that occurred Nov. 8.

Derek Williamson, 44, of Indian Head was charged with second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and carrying a dangerous weapon with intent to injure for events that occurred Nov. 3.

William Marcellus Woodland, 44, of Waldorf was charged with drug manufacturing, marijuana possession and possession of a rifle or shotgun by a person with a felony conviction for events that occurred Sept. 24.

Thomas Earl Worthington Jr., 41, of Waldorf was charged with first-degree assault, second-degree assault and use of a firearm in commission of a violent crime for events that occurred Oct. 23.
