On Our Own of Montgomery County will host a forum on mental illness Dec. 5.

Paolo del Vecchio, director of the Center for Mental Health Services at the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services, will speak on what the federal government is doing to improve mental health and substance abuse treatment services around the nation. A panel of guests from other organizations and agencies will also take part in the forum.
