Harold N. Willett Sr., 68, Fort Washington

Harold N. Willett Sr., 68, of Fort Washington died Nov. 22, 2012, at home.

Born April 21, 1944, in Riverdale, he was the son of the late Aubrey Willett and the late Mary E. Gamble Willett.

Mr. Willett was a ceramic and marble contractor with Willett Tiles Service. His hobbies were fishing and bowling. He was passionate about his kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was very caring about people and would do anything for anyone. His favorite Bible verse was John 3:16.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Southard Willett, whom he married June 26, 1961; brothers, Paul Willett and Howard Willett; daughter, Vickie Ray Light-Newsome; son, Harold Willett Jr.; daughter-in-law, Kelly Sullivan Willett; son-in-law, Donny Briesmaster; grandchildren, Stacy Mascarenhas, Harold Willett III, Crystal Willett, Ryan Sullivan, Shaylah Sullivan and Donald Newsome; great-grandchildren, Kayla Mascarenhas and Jordan Mascarenhas; nieces and nephews, Mary Cuppett, Earl Cuppett and Little Earl Cuppett; and foster child, Michael Lavis.

Visitation was held Nov. 28 at Williams Funeral Home, Indian Head, where a service was held Nov. 29. Burial was private. A repast was held at Bethel Free Methodist Church, Fort Washington.
