Fire marshals are investigating a Nov. 21 fire that caused an estimated $20,000 in damage to a single-family trailer in the 6900 block of Skyline Place in Bryans Road, the Maryland State Fire Marshal reported.

A neighbor discovered the fire at 10:44 p.m.

No one was hurt.

Investigators determined that the fire started in the trailer's living room. There were no smoke alarms in the trailer.

Sixteen firefighters from volunteer departments in Bryans Road, Accokeek and Indian Head put out the fire in about 10 minutes.
