A. Grant Taylor, 68, of Damascus, died Nov. 25, 2012, of pancreatic cancer.
Born Nov. 11, 1944 in Sandy Spring to Janette Burke Taylor and the late Burliss Taylor, he is survived by his wife Susan Barrick Taylor. He was predeceased by his brother Donald B. Taylor.
He graduated from Middletown High School and attended Montgomery College. He was the owner and operator of Ortho Arts Laboratory Inc. in Rockville since 1984.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son, Jeffrey Andrew Taylor and wife Charlotte; three sisters, Opal Harlow, Barbara Arney and Janet Arnold; brother-in-law Bruce D. Barrick; and two grandchildren.
The funeral service took place at 11 a.m. Nov. 30 at Molesworth-Williams P.A. Funeral Home. Interment followed in Wesley Grove Methodist Cemetery in Gaithersburg.
