Christmas in April Charles County will host an old-fashioned Christmas at historic Friendship House at 8325 Bensville Road in Waldorf from 4 to 8 p.m. Dec. 7 and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Dec. 8.

Donations benefit Christmas in April, an organization dedicated to keeping elderly and disabled homeowners living in warmth, safety, independence, dignity and decency through home repair and rehabilitation services.
