Victoria Lynn Stewart, 50, Chesapeake Beach

Victoria Lynn Stewart, 50, of Chesapeake Beach died Nov. 30, 2012, at Washington Hospital Center, Washington, D.C.

Born in 1960 in Washington, D.C., she was the daughter of William Stewart Jr. and Patricia Stewart.

In the late 1970s she and her family moved to Dunkirk where she had resided since.

She graduated from Northern High School and went on to an impressive career at NASA as a missions operations manager.

Her life centered around her children.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children, Matthew Stewart and Nicole Odom; brother, William “Butch” Stewart III; and other family including, Emily Green, Rachel Green and Madison Meyer.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon Dec. 12 at Lee Funeral Home Calvert, Owings. Burial will take place at Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood.
