Christine Marie “Reedy” Lacey, 56, of Mechanicsville died peacefully Dec. 6, 2012, at her home.

Born July 9, 1956, in Leonardtown, she was the daughter of the late Ignatius Joseph and Christine Marie Biscoe.

She enjoyed her family, friends and her special baby, Butch, her little pug. She was a true Dallas Cowboy fan and had a little extra love to share with the Baltimore Ravens.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Daniel Lacey; mother-in-law, Mary Virginia Bean; and two brothers, Wayne and Joe Biscoe.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Bookwalter (David) of Mechanicsville; three grandchildren, Ryan Langley, Krishus Bean and Dawson Bookwalter; twin sister, Cathy Sparks of Callaway; siblings, Ann Rice of Callaway, Mary Conner of California, John Biscoe (Pat) of Piney Point, Kenny Biscoe of Oklahoma, June Hardin (John) of Park Hall, Greg Boggs (Carla) of Leonardtown and Steve Boggs (Terry) of Great Mills.

Services will be held for family and friends on Friday, Dec. 14, at 11 a.m. at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church in Mechanicsville. A celebration of life will be held in the church hall immediately after services.

Arrangements are being handled by Brinsfield-Echols Funeral Home in Charlotte Hall.
