Detectives have arrested a 15-year-old boy they believe robbed the Westlake Dash-In earlier this month, the Charles County Sheriff’s Office reported.
Someone walked into the convenience store at 3:50 p.m. Dec. 1 and showed the clerk part of a gun before demanding money. The clerk complied, and the suspect left.
Investigators identified the suspect after receiving a tip and also found evidence at the teen's home linking him to the robbery.
The boy has been charged with armed robbery and is being held in a juvenile facility.
