Austin Michael Cole, 22, of Easton purchased alcoholic beverages Nov. 28 at a pub in Leonardtown and, according to a sheriff’s office release, left the business without paying for his beverages. Cole then went to a local hotel where he allegedly became loud and disorderly and disturbed other guests. The hotel manger asked him several times to quiet down, according to the sheriff’s office, and when Cole refused he was asked to leave. Cole refused to leave and deputies responded to the disturbance. Cole was identified as the person who allegedly left the local pub without paying for his purchases and he was arrested and charged with theft and disorderly conduct.
