Silver Spring man selected to chair committee -- Gazette.Net


Silver Spring resident Yale M. Ginsburg was selected last month to chair the new Estates & Trust Committee of the Bar Association of Baltimore City, which will serve Baltimore’s active probate, guardianship and estate controversy practices.

Ginsburg represents a broad base of clients, ranging from those requiring basic estate planning to those requiring charitable trusts, revocable trusts, life insurance trusts and other sophisticated tax planning techniques. He was named in the trusts and estates section of Washington, D.C. and Baltimore’s Top Rated Lawyers in 2012 and is a frequent guest lecturer for the National Business Institute on estate planning and estate administration.
