Someone broke into a house in the 3700 block of Mount Pleasant Road in Waldorf and stole video game systems and cash between 6 and 9 a.m. Dec. 20, the Charles County Sheriff's Office reported.

Officers canvassed the area and found a vacant home nearby which had also been broken into.

Officer P. Morgan is investigating.
